These terms apply when you use the Aptit app. By creating an account and using Aptit you accept the terms. Aptit is operated by Olle Åkerman as a private individual.
Aptit helps you collect recipes, plan the week's meals, build shopping lists and share it all with your household. We develop the app continuously and may add, change or remove features over time.
You are responsible for the information you provide and for what happens on your account. Keep your login details to yourself. You can delete your account whenever you like in the app under Settings → Delete account.
Use Aptit for personal and lawful purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt to access others' accounts, upload illegal or offensive content, or disrupt operations.
Recipes, plans and other content you create in the app belong to you. To provide the service we need to store and process the content — including sending text and images you import for parsing, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you import.
Aptit is free to start using. Aptit Pro is a subscription that unlocks unlimited photo import, recipe ideas from what you have at home and your own recipe books — for everyone in the household on a single subscription.
Prices may change. Changes apply to future periods and are announced in advance where the law requires it.
Aptit — the name, the logo and the app's design — belongs to us. These terms give you no right to use them beyond using the app as intended.
Aptit is provided "as is". Recipe parsing and suggestions may contain errors — always check ingredients, quantities and preparation yourself, especially if you or anyone in the household has allergies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.
You can stop using Aptit and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
These terms are governed by Swedish law, where Aptit is operated. This does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these terms. We'll let you know about significant changes in the app. The date at the top shows when the terms were last changed.
